The Team
Hi hi hi, my name is Ada Lee. I am going to this Taiwan mission trip with 4 young beautiful ladies and one slightly older gentleman, Pastor Chiu. This is my first mission trip and I have been looking forward to going to Taiwan and visit Fung Yee at Sih Hu. My job here is not only to enjoy the beauty of the countryside but also to teach little kids Bible stories. I am also meeting with the ladies from the Sih Hu Church and working together with Pastor Chiu to run a group for the single people from the church. The weather may be too hot but I believe I would overcome this and enjoy this wonderful journey the Lord has planned for me. I am so grateful that I can make it. Keep praying for us. Thank you.
Hi! The last time I was in Asia for a mission trip was seven years ago. Praise God I have another opportunity to come learn and serve the people of Taiwan. Awesome I can have this experience with my daughter, Maria. So happy, great team work, all to the glory of God. (=
Hi all this is Pastor Emanuel. Please call me Uncle E during the trip.
After more than 10 years SFCAC is being able to send a missions team to Taiwan this year. PTL. Thank God that I can be a member of the team. During the trip I need to learn how to co-work with ladies from our English congregation, and members from 2 Taiwan churches. Using Mandarin is another challenge but I believe this will be a wonderful experience.

Hi! I am a missionary in Taiwan for six years and just moved to Yunlin last September. Thank God SFCAC is sending a team over this summer. Also, this time is a joint effort with the SongShan Alliance from Taipei. I am really excited to see the team and to work with them in Taiwan!
Ni hao, wo shi Julie! I miss my dog – and my husband and son – but I am glad I am here in Taiwan, serving with my daughter. I am the team treasurer, av person, and English teacher. What a privilege to serve God on another mission trip. Pray for Taiwan!
Hello friends! I am Maria, boba enthusiast. I'm so excited to be able to come all the way out to Taiwan and help teach all the little kiddies some English! Not only have I been teaching them, but they have been teaching me (Rainbow Loom AYEEEE)! I'm looking forward to learning more in the coming two weeks, and I'm sure I'll have tons to share when I get back. Taiwan is VERY hot, but the boba and people are great. Make sure to follow our blog to see what we're up to, and watch Naomi's great daily videos. YAYAYAYAY.
Hiiii all! I'm Naomi, and this is my fourth mission trip. I was kinda worried before coming because the past two summers, I went to Vietnam. So I was used to their schedule and the people there. However, now that I am here in Taiwan, it has been amazing and already an experience of a lifetime!! Although the hot weather is insane (you literally do not stop sweating..imagine stepping out of a refreshing shower...to continue sweating hah.), the kids, the people, and the food make this trip more blessed and incredible.
